Answer: Firstly I would try to diffuse the situation by asking "What has happened" after I have gotten an explanation I would try to resolve as best as I could depending on the situation whether it being an in-game item issue or a personal issue which then I would ask them to take it to pm's or to just plain stop. Question: "What would you do to a player attempting to bypass the profanity filter?" Answer: As soon as I saw the explicit message I would give them an instant warning as any profanity that is blacklisted on the profanity filter is done so for a reason as there are kids playing on the server. Question: "If a player is constantly disruptive and insulting others, how would you handle them?" Answer: If a player is constantly insulting and disruptive to other players or staff, I would first warn them in the main chat. Then I would pm them and try and resolve the issue they have properly and professionally. Question: "Why would we choose you over another applicant?" Answer: I think I could bring a positive attitude to the staff team and I will always try my hardest to help out in the server but also try my hardest to learn.
