3 ) How would you handle two arguing players using that are disrupting the peace?
My first priority is to bring it to lockdown as soon as possible, as to not cause more of an uproar with the other players, and to do so would immediately ask them to cease spamming the chat with their arguing. If the problem is a little more serious, (claims too close to each other, scamming, etc..) I would use my knowledge on the rules of which I've read through and past experiences to deal with it (ex: the fact that the older claim has priority). Last of all, I would do most of this through direct message as to not disturb the other players.
4 ) What would you do to a player attempting to bypass the profanity filter?
I would discretely mention his name in chat and some short statement to let him know that that word Isn't appropriate/allowed for the server, and if he were to say sorry and move on, then no need to bring it up again. If said player persists to use inappropriate language/swears, I would first personally message him in the rare case he didn't see me message in chat (since personal messages are big and bright), but if he then has seen and acknowledge my message yet still continues, then is when I would settle down to using minor threats such as being muted for an unspecified amount of time.
5 ) If a player is constantly disruptive and insulting others, how would you handle them?
This is a little similar to the last question and I would also be taking a fairly similar approach on it, though on this occasion the changes I would bring would be a little more serious, such as a more intense punishment, like a short ban or just a longer mute time. I would immediately go to direct message this player as to be certain they'll see my message. Again, like question 4, if the player decides to ignore my warnings and proceed to interrupt the peace of a calm pixelmon server, the earlier threats would have to come into light.
6 ) Why would we choose you over another applicant?
I find myself to be a very "think before acting" type of player. The worst type of staff someone can be is someone who abuses their power, and the opposite of this, is someone who uses their ability's as staff only when absolutely necessary. Reffering back to my previous answers, I want to be absolutely certain that the player who has broken a rule has seen my messages and/or warnings before taking serious action as to not cause any more problems for other players, the staff and maybe even the player who has broken the rule if they didn't know they weren't allowed to do what they did.
7 ) How many hours a week do you play on our community servers?
During long breaks (such as winter break that Im currently on whilst writing this) I play at the least 3-5 hours a day. When school is to start again, I would still be able to play a very decent amount, as long as I'm staying ontop of my grades, my guess would probably be 2-4 hours a day.
8 ) What time zone are you playing on?
    EST (UTC-5)
9 ) What do you know about Pixelmon?
Since my childhood I've always been a massive fan of Pokémon, and have played numerous of the games so I am therefore knowledgeable for questions relating to Pokémon directly. As for pixelmon, I have already played a large amount of time and have taken a grasp to all the basics someone new would need to know, but also some facts more advanced players still might not know, from crafting pokeballs to summoning arceus.
10 ) Any additional information you would like us to know.
    N/A
11 ) What server do you mainly play on?
Inferno, with 2 good friends of mine.
